<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong> Trahanaua se lasa 12 ore la inmuiat, dupa care se farama si se pune la fiert in cca 1,5 litri de apa. Separat se pune pieptul de pasare la fiert cu putina sare. Dupa ce s-au fiert si pieptul si trahanaua se da dupa foc iar pieptul se rupe fasii potrivite si se pun peste trahana, branza se taie bucatii de 1 cm (sa zic asa) si se adauga tot peste trahana se da din nou pe foc pentru inca 5-10 minute se adauga sare dupa gust . Se serveste calda cu piper si zeama de lamaie fiecare dupa gust.</p>

<p><strong><span id="more-25"></span>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Carnea de pui ( curcan) se taie in bucati mici si se pune la fiert in apa cu sare. Dupa ce da in clocot se aduna spuma de deasupra si se indeparteaza.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Zarzavatul de taie fideluta ,mai putin ceapa care se lasa intreaga( la sfarsit se scoate din ciorba si se arunca).<br />
Dupa ce s-a spumuit ciorba adaugam tot zarzavatul , apa daca mai este cazul, sare , piper si lasam sa fiarba bine carnea si legumele.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cand sunt aproape fierte toate,adaugam conopida( a mea a fost congelata), orezul spalat iar galbenusurile se bat bine, se adauga smanatana si un polonic cu ciorba fierbinte.Stingem focul sub ciorba, scoatem ceapa si adaugam zeama de lamaie.Amestecam bine galbenusurile cu smantana si cu ciorba apoi rasturnam compozitia peste ciorba , invartim bine si presaram deasupra patrunjelul verde tocat.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Se serveste cu ardei iute linga ciorba.</p>
